1. Hard reset the device Find the reset button on the device. Press the reset button for more than 5 seconds.  2. Reset the device on the web interface Login to the web interface of the device, choose [System Tools] >[Management] > [Reset] Click Reset to restore factory settings.  Notice: This operation will clear existing settings and restart the device. Therefore, exercise caution when performing this operation. If there is any configuration in the current system, please export the configuration before resetting the device. |
