1. Check if the AP gets IP address or not and check its gateway by trace route's next hop. 2. If the AP is connecting to switch: make sure the port connecting between AP and switch permit related VLAN which plays as DHCP pool. 3. If the AP is connecting to gateway: make sure the port connecting between AP and gateway permit related VLANN which plays as DHCP pool, and the gateway has the DHCP pool VLAN encapsulate. |
