Cloud configuration doent accept special character

Hi We are configuring cloud controlled AP's in a hospital. They have another wifi system and all clients are configured. in the password they have "?" in the psk as special character. Ruijie cloud doesnt accept "?" as special character. we have hundreds of medical and wifi devices. Can you allow cloud to accept "?" as a special character ? We have 35 AP810L access points.
