RUIJIE POE SWITCH ES209GC-P Issue

Hi Ruijie Support,

I have an encountered issue with my RUIJIE POE SWITCH ES209GC-P. It goes offline together with the connected AP when my Starlink Internet detects an obstruction and minimal downtime.
Starlink is the internet main source of our setup, and it is common for Satellite internet to detect minimal downtime, but everytime this happens all my 4 APs and 1 POE switch goes offline too and wont return to its normal state unless we restart the Starlink Router.

Dear sir

May I know have you checke the network cable that connected to Starlink  and switch
or replace another network cable for them?

Best regards,
Ross

Yes the network cable doesnt have any issues. Actually they are working fine until the Starlink goes offline for a bit, that's the time the POE Switch and AP goes offline too.

Dear sir

In that case
it could be the issue with the Starlink  router
if uplink device is offline, the downlink devices will offline too

Best regards,

Ross

Dear sir

In that case
But when the Starlink goes online, the POE switch won't return to it's online state and we need to restart the Starlink to get the setup back to working state again .

Dear sir

Dear sir

In that case, it may be the issue with Starlink Router
after is go online it will not assign the ip address for the downlink devices
may I confirm when Starlink Router online again, downlink switch or APs can get the ip address?
or they can get the ip address only reboot the Starlink Router?

Best regards,
Ross
