Internet bandwidth not aggregating after load balancing setup

I'm using EG310GH-E Gateway router and have 2 ISP attached to this router. I have setup load balancing (see screenshot below) which I expected to have an aggregated speed of 400mbps (ISP1: 200mbps, ISP2: 200mbps). But I'm only getting around 200mbps-220mbps max bandwidth based on speedtest (see screenshot below). Can someone explain and help me on this setup?
My setup is:


Ruijie Gateway/router > Ruijie Switch > Ruijie Access Points

May you change the Load Balancing Policy to " Based on Connections" and test again?

What is the difference on my setup vs if I switch it to based on connection? Also, if I switch it to based on connection, I might encounter issues accessing bank portals?

When you select Based on Src and Dest IP Addresses, the hash algorithm calculates that the device accesses the speedtest website from the WAN port to get more bandwidth, and then the device accesses speedtest from the WAN port only.

If Based on Connections is selected, multi-link load balancing distributes traffic based on connections. It is evenly distributed to each WAN port

We have switched to Based on Connections but it seems like the bandwidth degraded instead of getting ~400mbps. Any ideas?

Please try these 4 different load-balancing policies and check which of them could get you the optimal test result, changing the policy would not affect the stability of the network.
