what is the max number of clients i can enter in the 2.4ghz in the model 2260g
I am using 2260g , it is showing me that in 2.4Ghz channel the clients are 64 and in 5Ghz it is 512,so what is the max amount of clients i can enter in 2.4Ghz Channel? Following is the picture attached:  |

Muhammad Ahmed replied at 2024-1-9 15:42 Keep in mind the WIFI will be totally unusable with so many Clients connected. The Bandwidth is shared between all Clients. With 512 Clients there will be essentially no bandwidth for a single client. Additionally it will be very inefficient and probably not run at all. I´d recommend ~30-50 Clients max on a Radio. If you need the number to be 512 not for technical reasons but just to fulfill a tender, go for Ruijie AP8XX APs. Technically those support many clients. Those have some other advantages over Reyee APs as well. Price is higher of course. Hope that helps in your decission. Martin |
