We are trying to link our outdoor omnidirectional access point to our Ruijee app. The bridges and router are already linked however the outdoor ball doesn't appear to be working (can't get WiFi around it). Do I add as a new project or how do I get it linked? |
Dear User 58481, If you want to add a new device to an existing project, you can use the "Add Device" button inside Workspace > Basic menu. You can either scan the QR code on the device or manually enter its SN. If the WiFi does not appear around the outdoor AP, could you please check its current LED status?
