Ruijie Cloud not show client online RG-EW1200

Dear Ruijie, EW1200 can not displaying connected client. I try to view from dashboard n Device Detail --> Overview --> Device Status ( Online Client), the device cannot display connected client ( "0" only ). Thanks You |
