Hello Support

I have setup Failover on Reyee Gateway EG105G-V2.

Primary WAN - Fibre

Secondary WAN - L T E

Internet working on both Primary WAN & Secondary WAN

Problem VOIP not working on Secondary WAN - L T E

How do I fix the problem for V O I P  to work on Secondary WAN - L T E

Nope still getting a problem with SIP Voice calls going out onto LTE. SIP ALG not working
I have changed setting to, will test and see if it works....

Dear sir

May I know whether all the users failover can not work or only the VOIP traffic has this issue? Can you help share the network to us via email to further check the config: service_rj(Ruijie International) <service_rj@ruijienetworks.com>.

Internet working fine, its only VOIP traffic problem. I have send shared link, check email.

May I know if the phenemenon is that VOIP not working properly after you unplug the main WAN port?
