How to running Guest Wifi on RG-EW1200G PRO

Dear,
I just have bought the new one RG-EW1200G Pro and I followed the quick installation guide that used by handphone for setting, the result was successful using internet.
the problem is when I set using Access point in my handphone and setting guest wifi with dual band but unfortunately, my laptop can't connect to guest WIfi (With correct password).
Please advice on these, Thanks

1, confirm whether it is too far away from the router or blocked
Reason for operation: If the distance from the router is too far or there is an obstacle in the middle, it will lead to signal attenuation, and if it is too weak, there will be no connection problem.
How to do it: You can walk near the router and try to connect to WiFi.
2.May you show me this configuration? If you enable wifi6, please disable then test it.

Thanks for the reply, as per your request, please find on the attchment that view of guest wifi still can't connect even the the range between my computer and Wifi rujiee is  50 cm only, so I think that no problem about range. For comparing also, I use router ISP (fiber home brand) and direct connect using wifi that so far no problem even range more than 10 m.

please more advice why this happen only used the laptop can't connect wifi?
