HI,
It has often happened to me that the devices registered on the cloud-eu.ruijienetworks platform are unreachable.
However if I try to contact them from the LAN they work perfectly.
Could you tell me where I'm wrong?

I have find my error.
I had in Maintenance > Settings > Device DNS > DNS Server 1 > Gateway IP, but it look like I was wrong
(I'll try to explain the reason: some time ago I had a similar problem with the Reyee RG-RAP6202 APs and I had success pointing the DNS resolution via the gateway, so I started setting it like this in all my works).
Now I change in 8.8.8.8 and it seems to work.
However, I can't explain why it worked perfectly for over three months until November 11th.

Dear sir

Please try to add acs url on the AP via these commands to test again:
config te
cwmp
acs url http://devicereg.ruijienetworks.com/service/tr069servlet

If you can not enable cwmp function, please change to macc mode first: ap-mode macc
If the AP still can not be online, please help ping this domain: devicereg.ruijienetworks.com and show me the ping test results to further check.

Hi:

The first step would check in the AP is working in MACC mode, to do it, please refer to the following link:

If the AP still is offline, please add the following commands using CLI on your AP and then check if this one can go online on cloud after that:

Ruijie#conf t
Ruijie(config)#cwmp
Ruijie(config-cwmp)#acs url https://cwmpsvr-eu.ruijienetworks.com/service/acs/XXXXXXXXXXXXX
Ruijie(config-cwmp)#end
Ruijie#wr

where XXXXXXXXXXXXX represents the SN of your AP.

Thanks for the reply.
the AP was always in MACC mode, I tried the CLI command but nothing new and the AP is still offline.
So, reading the CLI command I have a question: is it necessary to also enter the CWMP page parameters?

May I know whether your AP can ping through 8.8.8.8? If can, please try to add the DNS server on the AP so that it can resolve the domain name successfully:
config te
ip name-server 8.8.8.8
If the AP even can not ping through 8.8.8.8, please check the Internet first.
