How to do if Reyee AP fails to do mesh or repeater?

1. Mesh AP can besearched by Master
1.1 The mesh AP is not restored to factory defaults
a) The AP will check whether the network ID of device is empty or not when doing mesh. If the AP has been initialed, the SSID can’t be searched by AP because the network is not empty.
b) The device finished the initial configuration can’t switch the channel automatically, but the device is factory setting will switch the channel automatically.
1.2 The distance of Mesh APs is too far to be searched.
1.3 Check version of the AP and make sure the AP can support mesh function.
2.  SON can merge the network of mesh AP
2.1 The mesh AP and the main AP are powered down due to insufficient power supply (AP needs to be powered by AT, but only provides AF). Please change the AP power supply mode to AT, and select 5G on the PoE configuration page of RAP.

3. The mesh can self-healing after disconnecting.
（1）The distance between APs is too far to search the mesh signal. Please closer two Aps and make sure the downlink AP is covered by the uplink AP signal.
（2）After the wired mesh is disconnected, the power supply of AP will change from AT to AF ornon-standard PoE. Please change the power supply of AP as AT.
（3）The self-healing mesh function is disabled. Please enable this self-healing function by following post:
