Hi, i am setting up a client-to-site VPN. i have enabled DDNS and then client to site VPN & created a user. it worked once when setup on my windows machine but then suddenly stopped. I now get and error that it cannot resolve the name. I have also configured to connect to the external IP but same result so it doesn't seem to be a DDNS issue. I am using a Enterprise Ethernet connection FTTP. What can i try? i have disabled the VPN service and the DDNS service rebooted router and turned it all back on. |

Dear sir May I know whether the client can access the external IP address of the EG successfully? Can you show me the VPN configuration? If the EG is online on cloud, please help share with us the network to further check this issue. Thank you for your cooperation.
