RUIJIE CLOUD TIDAK BISA DI AKSES

Saya mennggunakan konfigurasi seperti ini
ISP-MIkrotik (untuk hostpot)-Switch hub-3 AP Ruijie rg ew 1200,
akses cloud hanya bisa di lakukan bila saya terkoneksi ke jaringan, bila tidak terkoneksi ke jariangan wifi AP ruijie maka cloud tidak bisa di akses, padahal saya bisa melakukan browsing di internet,
saat saya buka web OS memang disitu terlihat gambar bahwa router tidak ada akses internet padahal saya bisa menggunakan internet,
dimanakah letak kesalahan yg dapat ku perbaiki?

1. If you want to access the cloud, you need to have internet first.
2. You can access the cloud and log in the cloud account when you are using other network. But if the cloud is blocked by any devices, then it will become unaccessible.
