Recently failed to syncing AP 820

Hi,
I have 2 clients with almost the same problems that happened only just recent.
They have about 25 ap of 820 & 840. Usually there are no problems sync all the config. But know every time if there is change ssid or anything on ssid, then some of the ap failed.
Is there any way to get a log of why this happened?

I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information.
Can you help to check the following aspects:
  • Check the egress ip address by following steps:if it's all APs have the same egress ip addresses?
  • Check which configuration on the APs can not sync properly, and try to click Manually Delivery on the APs
