where setting auto channel frequensi at 820 and 840

I'm already change to 1 or 6 but when checked ping google.com -t



for now change to channel 1.
the problem is also at AP820 and AP840.

ruijie does have? auto for channel frequency?
FYI for now im create 2 SSID  for 2.4ghz and 5Ghz.

may I know if you can try the [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.85)]Wi-Fi Optimization function on the Cloud
when this function is enabled, the wireless environment may be affected and wireless users may be affected

If the wireless connection still has issue, you may check the channle usage on the AP and change to another channle
