Dear Sir, I compare data traffice used with data Elcome report not match after 13 days, pls check your system calculator data usage! I use Starlink service, order 1TB monthly, I Create 20 vouchers, each 50GB/voucher monthly; I need Ruijie Cloud calculator exactly Up to now total data starlink report larger than total traffic used on Ruijie Cloud approach 200GB Pls check your system ! Please kindly note that this data only keep track of the data traffic used by each voucher, may I please know how starlink records the total traffic? Can you confirm if you have 2 projects are both enable voucher auth? Whether it is: Project 1 -EG105 enbale voucher auth; Project 2: ruijie AP enable voucher auth 2. If so, EG105 project cannot support set quota limit, this is device limitaion. This may be the reason why the data does not match reality. You can check ruijie AP's project and see if there are any problems with the data. If the issue still exists, please talk with me again. I would be glad to help you in Community.
