Issue Phenomenon 1:
The indicators of wireless bridge are flashing

Solution
If the indicators are off or flashing, check whether the power supply device is the power adapter delivered with the EST. If not, check whether the specifications of the power adapter meet the requirements.

Note: It's a normal phenomenon If the indicator is keeps on with green light.
If the power supply device is normal, please check whether the cable is connected correctly. Please replace a cable or adapter to check whether it's the fault of hardware.
Issue Phenomenon 2:
Only EST in the NVR side is online on Ruijie Cloud

Or NVR and two CPEs are online on Ruijie Cloud, but other CPE doesn't online.

Solution
If the power supply of device is normal, log in to the deivce locally to confirm the country code, WDS SSID, WSD password, channel configuration, and EST mode are matched with  NVR.
(1) Searching for and connecting the dafault SSID of CPE (default SSID is @Ruijie-bxxxx, xxxx is last four characters of device MAC address)
If the default SSID can't be searched for, please reset the device and connect the default SSID again. Then log in to the device with default address 192.168.120.1 and default password: admin.

2) Log in to Eweb of EST and click "Pair Again".

The country code in the CPE side should same with the country code in the NVR side.

If the device is in NVR mode, please change it as CPE mode.

Click Scan to search for WDS SSID (Default WDS SSID is same as the default management SSID) Select and enter the WSD password.

Please wait for 1-2 minutes after clicking "Save” , then you can see the CPE is online on NVR.

Issue Phenomenon 3: EST eweb page displayed  that the wireless bridging failed

Solution:
Cause 1: The version of CPE and NVR are too old or doesn't match.
Please find the latest version on official website and select the tar.gz file to upgrade

Click Pair Again after upgrading successfully.

Cause 2: The distance between the CPE and the NVR device is too far or the signal is too week due to obstacles, so the bridge cannot be normal.
Log in CPE to check SSID signal strength. If the signal strength is lower than -75bdm, please check whether the distance between CPE and NVR are too far.
The recommanded bridging distance of EST310 is 1km. If the distance between CPE and NVR are longer than 1km, please modify the "Distance" as 2KM or 3KM and modify the "Transmit Power" as "High", lower the Channel Width as "20". As well as adjusting the installation position, installation angle, try to avoid obstacles.

If the SSID signal is still weak after adjusting, please replace a higher performace device, like EST350.

Cause 3: The channel of CPE and NVR are different.
Generally, the channel of CPE and NVR are same, but if the CPE channel conflicts with radar channel, the CPE channel will change to other channes, then the CPE will disconnect with NVR.
The channel information can be checked  by clicking EST icon

Click setting buttion and select WDS to modify channel.
