My AP suddenly not allowing internet to laptops. The laptops are all connected, but no internet. |

Hi, User 16357 Please confirm whether laptop and mobile phones are connected to the same WiFi or the same VLAN. When the laptop fails to access internet, please check the following: 1. does laptop receive an IP address? 2. can laptop ping its gateway IP address? 3. can laptop ping external network such as 8.8.8.8?
