4way handshake fail, maybe password not correct. problem

I have RG-WS6009 wireless controller and 7 pieces AP840-L.

I set up the system and set the wireless passwords with ppsk, but the clients first connect, but then they automatically disconnect and do not connect for a while. Then it connects automatically.

The logs write:

*Jul  3 15:15:29: %RSNA-6-DISCONNECT: Client(xxxxx.xxx.xxxx) 4way handshake fail, maybe password not correct.

May I know if you are using the latest firmware version of AC? And may I know if your model is WS6008?

Hi sir,

May I know your AP's model? If it is not up to date, you are advised to upgrade to the latest version.
