I'm having some problems with the wifi connection, on the AP's specs it allows up to 110 users to connect at the same time, but when my guests connect some can connect and some no. And on average during peak hours, only about 10-15 people can connect to the AP, RAP2200(E). |
Dear sir The maximum number of clients of RAP2200(E) is 110 and the recommended number of clients is 40. You can check whether you have configured the sta limit and whitelist/blacklist on the Reyee AP on the following pages: If there are multiple APs installed in the environment., please check whether there is too much interference: (1) The AP power must be appropriate and the signal is not interrupted between the aps. The ideal signal strength is -65dbm in AP coverage area edge (2) The adjacent AP channels must be non-overlapped channel to avoid same frequency interference and packet loss. For example in non-high-density deployment scenarios, 2.4G channels are recommended to use 3 non-overlapping channels 1, 6, and 11 for planning. If it is a high-density deployment site, it is recommended to use 4 channels 1, 5, 9, and 13 for planning; 5G channels are recommended to use 149, 153, 157, 161, 165, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64, a total of 13 non-overlapping channels are planned. If the problem still exists, please help share with me your network to our support email: service_rj(Ruijie International) <service_rj@ruijienetworks.com>. We will check and try our best to provide you a better solution. Best regards Jenny |
