High latency on AP model AP880-L IP

I got high latency on the AP. For speed test download and upload are good.

1. Are users actually affected by the Internet? The speed test results are normal, but there is a high latency problem, right?
If the user does not experience any network problems, but the ping delay occasionally fluctuates, then this is a normal phenomenon
If user are facing any issue when they access the internet, you can share the issue screenshot so that i can check the issue for you.
2. What does the topology look like? What is a gateway device? When the same PC ping 8.8.8.8 and ping the gateway IP address at the same time, does the delay occur at the same time?
If the delay occurs only at ping 8.8.8.8, you can check the connectivity between the gateway and the Internet.
If the ping gateway is also having delay, then we can focus on the gateway device.
