From direct ip and eweb show connected clients works just fine.

Somehow on cloud management doesn't show anything.

Systems
1.WAN < > Mikrotik Routerboard <> Cisco L2 Manage (Trunk) <> RG2260 (SSID VLAN , MGMT VLAN works fine).
2.Allowed all firewall filter from RG2260 > 0.0.0.0/0
3.Device synced with cloud.
Thanks for advanced.
SOLUTION
Downgraded firmware to 280 works fine 283 is not working.

Hello,

What is the complete version number after the upgrade of version 283?

Could you please click the SN of the device for me and then go to the details page of the device to see whether the user information can be seen on the details page?



On the CLI, can you check whether user information is visible in the cloud

ReyeeOS 2.280.0.1710 (Works)
As your asking detail if running on 283 it not show anything.

We discussed this issue and tried to reproduce it. However, the problem did not occur again on our local devices.
May I know what your gateway device is? Is this domain name and port released on your gateway? If not, pls test and check again:

http://macclog-as.rj.link/macclog/log/upload + port 80
