Hello, I bought 6 1200G pro devices and 4 of them work on the cloud without any problems. I did not upload any firmware to the first two devices, they were purchased 1 year ago. I bought the other 4 new ones and since each of them could not go to the cloud, I updated the firmware. 2 devices work online in the cloud and can be managed. However, the remaining 2 devices do not go online at all, I tried all of the firmware 1219, 1301, 1308 and it does not change. Currently, both devices have EW_3.0(1)B11P50,Release(08132619) firmware. What should I do, please help, thanks.

All the routers are in the same network, only 2 of them can not be online on cloud right? Please help try to upgrade them to the latest firmware version for test. I upload firmware to both devices that I am having problems with, but it does not change. The version I marked with an arrow at the bottom of the photo above remains the same and does not change.

Dear sir

Please share with me your email so that I can share you the middle firmware version of the router. Because the router current firmware version is too old, we need to upgrade to the middle firmware version first then to upgrade to the latest firmware version.
