Hello,

İ have one Rujie Switch RG-S5310-48GT4XS-P-E

but i can't find factory reset button on the switch how can i do factory reset for this switch ?

Can you help me?

you can follow the 1.1.1 to access the device CLI
need connect your consonle cable to device
1)  manuallyreboot the switch
2) Press Ctrl+C when system rebooting

3) Execute “rename config.text config.bak” torename config.text to config.bak

4) execute "load"command to load the main program


5) After restarting, restore the configuration file
Ruijie>enable
Ruijie#copy config.bak config.text

If an error occurs, use the following command torestore the configuration file:
Ruijie#copyflash:config.bak flash:config.text
Then use the following command to make theconfiguration effective:
Ruijie#copystartup-config running-config


6) Change the password


3.Log in to the switch again with a new user nameand password to confirm that you can log in successfully
Note: With this method of password recovery, your configuration will not belost.
