RG-EG105GW(T) and RG-EW1200 via mesh

Hi! I have a question and i need help.
If use the rg-eg105gw(t) and rg-ew1200 via mesh, is it compatible ?
I want use rg-ew1200 for expanding the coverage area.

So if i want to mesh my home network, what device do you suggest?
I like the features of RG-EG105gw(t) such as limit bandwidth each user and i can set up monthly quota for each user.

Hello Rizki,
As my partner Ross says it, the mesh only can be stablished between devices of the same family, this means, EW devices with EW devices, RAP devices with RAP devices. Antoher importan thing that could help you is connect the EW1200 device and modify the working mode to access point. with this configuration the device going to receive the same SSID configured in the EG and working in the same network.


to do this just need to go to web management of the EW and follow this image
