Dear Jani,
It will show the newest version in the online upgrade tab even when the auto-upgrade is toggled off.
Mobile Phone View: Choose More> Online Upgrade
PC View: Choose More> System> Upgrade> Online Upgrade
If there is a new version available, you can manually click it for an upgrade.

what that Settings Means Actually ?
This setting the mean is enable IGMP in your router.
This function is usually used when you use airplay. If a scenario occurs where this function cannot be used, you need to enable this function.
what's the IGMP?
IGMP, which stands for Internet Group Management Protocol, is a communications protocol used by IP hosts and adjacent IP multicast routers to establish membership in one or more multicast groups. It is primarily used on IPv4 networks. IGMP allows a host to report its multicast group membership to routers nearby so that the routers can deliver packets intended for a multicast group only to interfaces where at least one host is currently listening for messages sent to that group.
In summary, IGMP helps reduce network traffic by ensuring multicast data is only sent to interested receivers, making it an essential component of efficient multicast communication.

This depends on whether multicast is enabled in your network, if not, then you do not need to turn this option on.

This option does not affect the live network, but can improve the multicast situation.

Oh ok. So to use this feature, do I have to do any extra work other than on that button?

Dear Jani,
You don't have to do more extra works on the router. It will improve the multicast if the option is enabled and there is multicast in the network.
If you want to configure multicast in your network, you may refer to this guide:
