Hi all so I bought a EW1800GX pro a few months back it works well I wanted to explore the Ruijie products more and today I got a wifi6 wall access point and 5 port RG-ES205GC-P PoE+ switch. My issues is when I go to the Reyee Router App it does not see my router anymore its comes up with add router I can only see it through the cloud app and am trying to figure out why? Has anyone come across this before? |
Dear sir May I know whether the router can not be online on cloud APP when you try to add it? Can the RAP and the switches be online on cloud APP normally? Please help check whether the router is already in the latest firmware version, try to upgrade to the latest firmware version for the router to see whether it is the same issue.
