If i disconnect the lan to that computer, the vpn turn back on and switch turn back online. For the computer i use dell optiplex micro Topology |
1. did you config the vlan id in switch and EG device? 2. when the device is offline, did you try ping the 8.8.8.8 from your laptop? 3. Which method does the EG device use to access the Internet? DHCP or PPPOE? Looking forward to your kind reply. Best Regards Tom |

§If"Manually" is selected, your PC is using a static IP, and youcan see the configured IP address and subnet. |

Disconnected the pc, change it with new one solve the problem. web management still available with the gateway, and when enter the eweb, the topology is there all online |
