1.Check if the device model and version support GPSK by reviewing the specifications of both the current and latest versions. If the current version does not support GPSK, upgrade to a version that does. If it supports GPSK, proceed with troubleshooting. 2. Check the configurations on the AC. Run the show sumng psk-group name xxx command on the AC to check whether the account is configured properly. Run the show ac-c c command to check whether VLAN redirection is normal on the AC. In addition to the preceding configurations, run the following commands on the AC to apply the VLAN group to the WLAN. Otherwise, wireless users cannot be redirected to the corresponding VLAN after successful authentication using the GPSK account. vlan-group10 vlan-list 100,200 default-vlan100 ap-group defaul interface-mapping1 group 10 ap-wlan-id 1 Root Cause After configuring GPSK on eWeb, run the related commands on the AC to add the target VLAN to the VLAN group and bind the VLAN group to the WLAN.
