After the user passes the 802.1x authentication, the device generates the static ARP entry, for example, 1.1.1.10 +mac1. If the user manually modify the IP address, for example, 1.1.1.11, the IP address corresponding to the static ARP entry is inconsistent with the IP address set by the user. The packets cannot be successfully forwarded. At this time, the user does not trigger the device to authentication again. As a result, the user cannot access the network.
