EW3000GX PRO WIFI issues

I bought EW3000GX Pro and used 2 WAN for my 2 ISP with Load Balancing, here's the detail about this and my issue

- ISP 1 download and upload 300Mbps on WAN0, ISP 2 Download and Upload 100Mbps on WAN1. Setting load balance with 3:1 weight Ratio

- Connected My LAN cables direct  Router to Computer : Get speedtest around 400Mbps Download and Upload

- Setting my WIFI as single SSID with default setting straight from the box, connecting my devices to SSID, speed test got around 100Mbps or less for download and Upload.

- Connected another brand Access Point using LAN from EW3000GXPRO, create new SSID and connecting my device to this SSID got speed test around 400Mbps.

- Tried factory default and still got the same result.

- no other setting has been setup- just straight from the box.

with this condition, where I do wrong? how to solve this issue to get better speed on EW3000GX Pro? help me

Here's my setting for the load balance.

follow up question, where do I can find radio wireless setting speed for B/G/N/AX? i couldn't find it. just to make sure that the wifi is set at AX instead of other settins.

Tried tweaking the radio to only 5ghz broadcast, still not getting up to speed, while other device next to it can do wifi speed almost the same like LAN
