For adjusting wireless broadcasttransmission rate.

There are two scenario:

Fat and MACC mode：

Ruijie(config)#interface dot11radio 1/0

Ruijie(config-if-Dot11radio 1/0)#mcast_rate54 ----->adjust broadcast transmission rate to 54M

Fit mode：

Ruijie(config)#wlan-conf 1 wireless

Ruijie(config-wlan)#mcast_rate54 -----> adjust broadcast transmission rate to 54M
