hi, some port are running on 10mbps how to know what is the cause ? |
Dear Mobit Ong, May I please know what devices are connected to these ports? Do the peer devices support an auto-negotiation rate of above 10M? You may please replace the cable and check if the port speed can be negotiated normally. If the switch firmware version is not the latest, you may try upgrading the switch firmware to the latest version which you can download from the link below: https://www.ruijienetworks.com/resources/software/rg-es216gc-es224gc-1p21-firmware/rg-es216gc-es224gc-1p21-firmware/ Best regards, Jayden |
