Hello I don't know if you guys had that problem but today i faced a problem which i think it's a little annoying. One of our client uses Reyee Access Points they've some policies so they don't want to use cloud so we're using Eweb. After installing the Access Points cabling was a total mess so we couldn't find which cable goes where and since the all AP-s are installed already i thought to do it with Blinking function but as it seems if we don't use Cloud we can't use Blinking. Shouldn't a blinking feature be able with local log in ? luckily i found my file where i had saved MAC addresses with floors and started rebooting and finding exactly which AP was where but if i hadn't that file i wouldn't be able to do it |
Dear, Good day, I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. That feature is only available when the equipment is in the cloud. I will request with our R&D team to consider this feature when the devices are not in the cloud. Regards |
