SMP service failed to start
SMP service has failed to start after the installationof the blackmail virus patch. SMP service stuck in a certain stage, the detailsare as follows:It is suspected that the port or process used by the RG-SMP platform is not occupied by other programs (About related process portof SNC and SAM, please check the relevant implementation cookbook). The commonport information is as shown in Figure 1 below：
Try using the following command in CMD: netstat-ano | findstr 161 (take SNMP as example 161,162), and then according to the PID to find the relevant process of the task manager. If not SMP corresponding, for example, the following case SNMP port 162 is occupied by snmptrap.exe process, close other processes to see whether the SMP service is normal.
On the recent experience of fault handling, SNMP process is occupied by a higher probability, you can give priority to confirm.
