UniFi AP is not detected

Hello, We have one Ruijie AP and another UniFi AP. Both the APs are connected through Ruijie router but it shows only Ruijie AP not UniFi AP in ruijie cloud. Please help to solve this issue. Thanks |

Sorry, Ruijie Cloud doesn't support to show device from third-party vendor. |
