Speed is too slow in ruijie switch

I have network poe gigabyte unmanageable network switch in one of my customer place .
When they will copy any data in that environment where system connected with that switch so taking too much time more than normal like 1 or 2 mbps only before its was not taking when they have another gigabytes switch ..
There is data 6 gb so its take 30 minutes more but not less..
Is there need to enable flow control i want to know about flow control purposes alao

Even if this switch is an unmanaged switch, but there is a hardware button on the switch, you can refer to the following screenshot to enable flow control
