Good morning, we have an EW1200 in a separate office, connected to Starlink via Ruijie mesh wifi. It has been working fine since we installed 9 months ago. On Monday last week we turned the laptop on and it is present, but we have no internet. We tried resetting the router, switching/unplugging everything off for 10 minutes, even switching off the main Starlink router. When it powers on, the internet connects for 5 minutes, but then drops out. The Starlink in the main house is fine and still has internet, but the office is not, and keeps dropping out no matter what we try. Please help. Thank you, Daniel |
