Does set the transmit power to maximum cause to heat router and auto reboot issue ? ( Already check schedule restart in cloud and webgui router is turn off and power supply adapter from original ruijie ) . My router is RG-EW1800GX PRO And My topology: |
Dear sir May I know whether this issue only happens after you set the transmit power to the maximum for the router and whether all the EW routers have the same issue? If you have checked the power adapter is normal and other devices in the same environment are normal to exclude the power outage issue. Please help share with us the network to my email: yujiamin1@ruijie.com.cn to further check this issue. Thank you for your cooperation. Best regards Jenny |
