I have a EG105GW(T) main router and have a NBS3100-8GT2SFP-P switch - i'm trying to port forward an NVR on my switch but this fails to work externally -kindly advise what can be done to correct this ?
I have enabled ddns and have tried both the ruijie ddnsa + no-ip and dyn , but no luck.
I see a Public IP and a Wan ip - tried switching between the two .
my ports on ports checker are closed , regardless of the port mapping settings.
Some assistance will be appreciated
