User: local users who connected to this device Notice: you can create an new user group in the 'User' option before you add this policy  APP group: selecting the APP on which the policy will take effect 2. Secondly. The below APPs can be selected
3. Thirdly. Inputing the Max Total Downlink and Max Total Uplink as 1, so that the effect was like the blocking. Then selecting the time range on which the policy will be taken effect.
Adding an new time abject with the name of TimesCanotAccess and select it.
4. Finally, click the 'save', then the details of this policy can be seen as below.
