Default configuration to firmware

Hi, I run an ISP, is there a way to write a default PPPOE account to the routers so that if a user accidentally resets the router it will reset with the default PPPOE account with connectivity allowing it to fetch its configuration from Ruijee cloud ? It can do it with DHCP but we run PPPOE and are unable to run DHCP on the FNO Network. Regards |

Hi Please help to confirm the question as below: 1.May I know what router model you are using? 2. The link between ISP and router can support get ip and internet through DHCP first and then change to PPPoE? 3.You mean let the router get ip from DHCP and online on cloud first ,then cloud deliver the PPPoE config to the Router? Or directly use PPPoE to connect to ISP after reset? regards. Harvey |
