1. Check whether the physical interface status used for dialing is up. If the physical status of the interface is not up, replace another cable or interface to test.
2. Check whether the corresponding configuration of PPPoE (including dial-up parameters, user name and password) is correct.
3.Change another PC to dial to check whether the PPPoE account can be dialed normally.
4. If the PC dialing is normal, some operators may bind the mac address. You can try to change the MACaddress of the dial-up interface to the mac address of the PC network card to test whether it is normal.
