Switch Connection

Hi, I have a ruijie switch. but i cant access to the switch. I tried with console cable in putty there is no errors but nothing shows. It frezzes in blank screen. I know it works because i can use it like not menagable switch. and i tried to search with wireshark i coudnt find any ip address How can i access to the switch if the console doesnt work can you help me. |

Dear sir May I know whether your switch model is RG-IS2700G Industrial Ethernet Switch Series? If yes, the switch default ip is 192.168.1.1. You can connect your pc with switch directly, and set your PC IP to be 192.168.1.100, then try to ping 192.168.1.1 to check whether can reach? Best regards Jenny |
