Master Account Setup

Hi, I have a few questions about setting up the MSP portal within Ruijie cloud.

I have this morning tried to setup a new account with extapps@entouragetechnology.com.au but we do not get the welcome email ---Please share following information to us, so that we can acitve the account for you  Can you please confirm if we have existing projects setup that are not sitting in a project group, is it possible to move the project into a group somehow? ---Please refer to the following guide to do it. https://community.ruijienetworks.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=3821&extra=page%3D1 |
