Can I make a recommendation?

• In order to avoid     confusion is it possible to organize and index the videos, so we can learn     more efficiently and make sure we covered all the correct videos.
  
• Is there a video that     explains the difference between RCNA and RSE?
  
• For the RCNA do you have     list of objectives our course content in order to ensure all topics are     covered?
  
• As well as for RSE a     list of objectives and/or course content.
  
• Do you have an     examination process for the certification?

Hi sir/madam, thanks for your feedback about our RCNA Training Courses, it's really helpful and we'll take it into consideration.

• Firstly about the same content on two different YouTube channels, we decide to update our training videos on Ruijie Networks channel this year, so you may subscribe on this channel. Ruijie Technical Support channel may go online again in the next year, we'll synchronize messages in Community at that time.
  

• Secondly, we've already added time axis in every RCNA Training videos so that you can find the knowledge points easily.
  

• Thirdly, the introduction of RCNA and RSE will be update to the introduction of the playlist these days, thanks for your reminder!
  

• Fourthly, the RCNA directory has not been finalized yet since we were still optimizing the content of this new series. And for RSE Training, this is a live training, the arrangement is uncertain for now.
  

• Last, our videos on YouTube are only used for watching and studying for now. If you want to get RCNA certification, it is recommended to have a self-study on E-learning and pass the examination assigned on the system. For now the learning videos on the E-learning system are still old version, it is expected that the examination certification will be reset in the next year when we finish updating on this new version on YouTube, and the old versions of RCNA will be switched.
