How to reset the password of AC/AP

I. Network Topology

II. Configuration Steps (configuration file remains)

1. Power off the device, then power up.

2. Press CTRL +C, enter CTRL mode.

3. Input CTRL+Q,enter uboot mode. And then input "main_config_password_clear"

4. Device will be reloaded automatically.

5.When finish reloading, enter CLI without input password.

Note: The default timeout period is10min. Please change your password before time out.

6.Change password, and then use the command“wr” to save your configuration.

7.save configuration

Re-login the device, and execute the command "show runing-config" to check configurations.

you may connect the EST to the PoE port of power adapter, then connect the LAN port of power adapter to laptop.
