RG-ES218GC-P Network Switch

Good Day. We have just bought this Switch for the PoE functionality but it does not want to PoE any of our devices. We tried powering Ubiquity equipment or Even Mikrotik Routers like we have done with other PoE switches but there is just no PoE going through to the devices on any port. Any assistance? |

Dear sir Can you send us the video of the test and the SN with photos of the faulty device on caseportal? So that we can determine the hardware failure. Best regards Joy |

On or Off. and its On. |
