When upgrading Ruijie device's firmware via TFTP, and getting the wrong message like this picture:



Possible reasons are as follows:
1. You are using the wrong firmware.
2. The hardware version of your device doesn'tmatch with the firmware.
The solution is as follows:
1. First, confirm that you are using the right firmware version.
2. Second, if the firmware version is correct,please check the firmware release note to confirm whether the hardware version of your device can match the firmware.
